PLACING YOUR ORDER

Note: We sell to distributors, not end users. To inquire about distributors in your area please e-mail your request to us.

Catalog Numbers: Please use catalog numbers to avoid confusion or delay.

Multipliers are a percentage off list prices and are established at the start of each year. All special orders are priced net and receive no multiplier discount.

Materials: Catalog numbers denote type of materials, but special materials can be specified when you order.

UPS oversize cartons are charged at a 30 pound minimum.

Restock Charge: A 20% restock charge will be assessed on all items approved for return to stock. A return authorization number will be required for all items returned and return freight will be prepaid by the customer.

Delivery Terms

Freight allowance (see map below): All orders should try to meet free freight minimum. All orders below the free freight minimum will be prepaid (to provide customers with our freight discounts) and added to the invoice unless otherwise specified.

Routing: All orders will be shipped the most cost effective way unless otherwise specified by the customer. If the customer specifies a carrier other than the "Best Way" it will be sent freight collect.

Delivery: Shiipping will be made within 10 working days from receipt of order.

Terms of Sale

Terms: 2% / 10 days / Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payments made to Artis Metals Company, Inc. 3323 Chinden Boulevard, Boise, ID 83714-6638. There will be an interest charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) added to all overdue accounts. Any accounts with invoices over 60 days old will be placed on credit hold and will ship C.O.D. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Discount: 2% if paid within 10 days of original invoice date. Freight charges are not discountable.

GUARANTEE

All products are guaranteed to be free of defective material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of delivery. During that period, if any part prove defective, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge at factory options; if upon receipt of a return authorization number, they are returned delivered prepaid to the factory. This guarantee does not however, cover any damage caused by neglect of lubrication, accident or overload, improper installation or repairs made or attempted outside the factory without written authorization from Artis Metals Company, Inc. Correction of any verified defects by repair or replacement, F.O.B. the Artis Company, Inc. factory, shall constitute fulfillment of the guarantee. No cash refunds will be issued.
